Anandamide
Arachindonylethanolamid, 1992 discovered endogenous (body-own) cannabinoide, which acts like THC at the CB1 cannabinoide receptor. Newer studies occupy the influence by Anandamide on emotional control. At present, therapeutic examinations against fear conditions by the blocking of the hydrolytic dismantling of anandamid, which takes place by fatty acid amide hydrolase are in progress.
