Usage
Tadalafil is used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction and pulmonary arterial hypertonia. Half life 17,5 hours. Effects only after sexual stimulation with a duration of approximately 24 to 36 hours.
Contra-Indications
Do not use together with nirate containing medicines or other NO donatating agents ( p.e. Poppers)!

Effects increased with Cimetidine
